Texas Bans Tesla

 The Tesla is first electric car to win Motor Trend’s Car of the Year with, 99 out of 100 rating from Consumer Reports. I also read according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, it’s also the safest car ever built.
What is the point of stopping these guys from selling what could be one of the best cars we've ever seen.
