Jaguar XFR-S take on a drag racer on Epic Drives.

The first place that comes to mind when one thinks of Jaguar is probably its birthplace of Coventry, England, not the American Deep South. But that didn’t stop Motor Trend’s Arthur St. Antoine from taking Jaguar’s latest high-performance sedan, the 2013 Jaguar XFR-S from Sebring, Florida, on a trek along the Gulf coast to its final destination of the Circuit of the Americas outside of Austin, Texas.
St. Antoine explains the historical significance of Sebring in Jaguar’s motorsports history, as in 1955, it represented the brand’s first American victory, with Mike Hawthorn and American Phil Walters taking the checkered flag in the 12 Hours of Sebring.
